The service itself was decent, no real complaints there. But trying to get an appointment that actually fit my schedule was way more of a challenge than I expected. I had to wait a bit, because apparently convenient times are a rare luxury now. Overall, not bad, just wish booking wasn’t the hardest part.

"Nice pieces, but the prices felt a bit much"
I spent a little time browsing vanswedenjewelers.com, and the jewelry does look nice overall. A few pieces caught my eye, but when I started looking at the prices, they felt kind of high for what I was seeing. Some of it reminded me of stuff I’ve seen elsewhere for less, if that makes sense.
Maybe there’s something about the quality or craftsmanship that explains it, but it wasn’t super clear to me from the site. I kept looking for more detail on why that one was priced the way it was, but I didn’t really come away convinced. Not a bad shop or anything, just didn’t feel like the best value to me.

"Warranty got handled, but I had to chase it"
I had to use the warranty because of an issue with my ring, i expected it to be a little smoother for me. They did eventually respond and get everything taken care of, but it took longer than I would’ve liked, and I had to follow up a couple times instead of just having it handled. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but for me, the support felt average

"Customer service could use some work"
I ordered from vanswedenjewelers.com, and the item itself was fine, so no major complaints there!! But the customer service part was a bit frustrating. I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, and it took a few days before I got a response.
When they finally replied, it felt kind of rushed and didn’t really cover everything I asked. I ended up having to follow up again, which was annoying, especially for a jewelry purchase where you expect a little more care. Not a terrible experience, but I definitely expected better support...

"Custom design was alright"
I got a custom ring made and, yeah, it was okay overall. They did listen to what I wanted and tried to follow the idea, but the whole thing felt a bit slow with updates. Then when it was finished, a couple of the small details weren’t exactly how I pictured them. Nothing terrible or anything, just kinda expected the process to be a little smoother

I was stressed when my ring needed a repair, but they got it fixed way faster than I expected. The price felt fair too, which was a huge relief. I went from worried to genuinely happy with the whole experience.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect ordering from Van Sweden Jewelers, but it turned out really well. The website was easy enough to use, and my order arrived when they said it would. The piece looked just like the photos, maybe even a little nicer in person. I did have a small question before buying and, after wondering if it might take a while, they got back to me quickly. Overall, I’m really happy with it and I’d probably order from them again.

I remember clicking around the site hoping I’d feel more comfortable placing an order, but I kept coming back to the same issue: I couldn’t really find clear information about where the stones or metals are coming from.
Maybe they are sourcing everything responsibly, and I don’t want to assume the worst. But from what I recall, the site only had general wording and not much in the way of audits, supplier details, or specific conflict-free policies.
The jewelry itself looked nice and the website was easy enough to use, but sourcing is something I pay attention to when buying pieces like this. Based on what I remember seeing, I just didn’t feel confident enough, so it’s a 2-star experience for me...

I stopped in to get my ring resized and everyone there was really nice. They explained how long it would take and there was no pressure to buy anything, which I appreciated. Picked it up later and it looked perfect. Def would go back again

The staff clearly knew a lot about the rings and all the different options. I had a few questions going in, and they explained everything in a way that made the whole process feel easy. Any confusion I had was totally avoidable thanks to how helpful they were.

The jewelry itself was fine, I think? I didn’t really have a huge issue with the piece, but the return/exchange process ended up being more annoying than I expected. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but it took a while to get clear info, and I had to follow up more than once, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not as smooth as I thought it would be, especially for the price. I might order again, but only if I’m sure I won’t need to return it

I had my ring resized through vanswedenjewelers.com, and while it wasn’t exactly a disaster, it did feel like a tiny jewelry drama unfolding in slow motion. The ring came back fitting better, and thankfully there was no damage or anything alarming, so that part was a relief. But it took longer than I expected, and I had to reach out for updates instead of being kept in the loop. Overall, the work itself looks fine, but the process wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped. It was okay in the end, just not quite the polished experience I expected.

I’ve had this for about a month now and I still catch myself looking at it. The diamond is super clear, like way nicer than I was expecting, and the sapphire color is gorgeous. I don’t want to sound dramatic, it’s just a ring, but yeah, I’m really happy with it.
